High concomitance of disease marker autoantibodies in anti-DFS70/LEDGF autoantibody-positive patients with autoimmune rheumatic disease
Lupus · requested inclusion
“Screening 500 patients with autoimmune rheumatic disease found only 22 anti-DFS70-positive; 18 of them also had disease-marker autoantibodies. Consistent with anti-DFS70 being present in about 10% of healthy individuals but only a tiny fraction of ARD patients, patients with only anti-DFS70 are rarely diagnosed with ARD.”
